Privacy Policy
Peiliang An (安培良) (we, us) makes Rotate Charm Rings (the Game). This policy explains what information the Game handles and why. The Game is a single-player puzzle game and needs no account.
1. What we collect
- Game data: levels, coins, charms, items, purchases and settings. This is saved on your device.
- Gameplay and crash data: events such as starting, clearing or restarting a level, items used, ads watched and purchases, together with device model, operating system, language, app version and crash reports. We do not link this data to your name or contact details.
- Advertising data: our ad partners may collect your device's advertising ID (on iOS only if you allow tracking), IP address and device information to show ads, limit how often you see them, measure them and prevent fraud. If you consent, they may also use it to personalize ads.
- Purchases: Apple or Google processes payments. We receive a transaction ID and the item bought so we can deliver it. We never see your payment details.
- Photos: the Game asks for access only when you choose to save a DIY picture, and only to save that picture.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts or precise location.
2. How we use it
To run the Game and keep your progress, deliver and restore purchases, show ads, understand how levels play so we can tune difficulty, fix crashes, and prevent fraud and cheating.
3. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
- Running the Game and delivering purchases: performance of our contract with you.
- Gameplay analytics, crash reports and fraud prevention: our legitimate interest in running and improving the Game.
- Personalized ads, and storing or reading identifiers for ads: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time in Settings > Privacy choices.
4. Who we share it with
- Ad partners: Google AdMob. They process data under their own privacy policies.
- Service providers that host analytics and crash reports for us.
- Apple and Google, to process purchases.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some US state laws treat sharing advertising data with ad partners as a "sale" or "sharing". You can opt out at any time in Settings > Privacy choices, or by turning off ad personalization in your device settings.
5. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13, or under the minimum age set by the law where you live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
6. How long we keep it
Game data stays on your device until you reset or uninstall the Game. We keep gameplay and crash data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and no longer than 24 months.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information or get a copy of it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. California residents can also ask what we collect, ask us to delete it, and opt out of its sale or sharing. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, contact brandonliang.sz@gmail.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
To delete all game data on your device, use Settings > Reset.
8. International transfers
Our partners may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires, we use safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no method is completely secure.
10. Changes
We will post changes here and tell you in the Game about important ones.

Rotate Charm Rings（下称「本游戏」）由Peiliang An (安培良)（下称「我们」）提供。本政策说明本游戏会处理哪些信息、为什么处理。本游戏是单机益智游戏，不需要注册账号。
一、我们收集哪些信息
- 游戏数据：关卡进度、金币、挂件、道具、购买记录和设置，保存在你的设备上。
- 游戏与崩溃数据：开始、通关、重开关卡，使用道具，观看广告，购买等事件，以及设备型号、操作系统、语言、版本号和崩溃报告。这些数据不会和你的姓名或联系方式关联。
- 广告数据：广告合作方可能收集设备的广告标识符（iOS 上只有在你允许跟踪后才会收集）、IP 地址和设备信息，用于展示广告、控制展示频次、统计效果和防作弊；在你同意的情况下，还可能用于个性化广告。
- 购买：付款由 Apple 或 Google 处理，我们只收到交易编号和所购商品，用于发货；我们看不到你的支付信息。
- 相册：只有在你选择保存 DIY 图片时才会申请，且只用于保存这张图片。
我们不收集你的姓名、邮箱、手机号、通讯录或精确位置。
二、我们如何使用这些信息
运行游戏、保存进度，发放和恢复购买，展示广告，了解各关的游玩情况以调整难度，修复崩溃，防止欺诈和作弊。
三、处理依据（欧洲经济区、英国和瑞士）
- 运行游戏、发放购买：履行与你之间的合同。
- 游戏数据统计、崩溃报告和防作弊：我们运营和改进游戏的正当利益。
- 个性化广告，以及为广告存取设备标识符：你的同意。你可以随时在「设置 > 广告隐私选项」里撤回。
四、我们与谁共享
- 广告合作方：Google AdMob，按各自的隐私政策处理数据。
- 为我们托管统计数据和崩溃报告的服务商。
- Apple 和 Google，用于处理购买。
- 法律要求时的有关机关。
我们不会为了金钱出售个人信息。美国部分州的法律把与广告合作方共享广告数据视为「出售」或「共享」；你可以随时在「设置 > 广告隐私选项」里退出，或在设备设置里关闭个性化广告。
五、儿童
本游戏不面向 13 岁以下（或你所在地法律规定的最低年龄以下）的儿童。我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息；如果你认为有儿童向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们，我们会删除。
六、保存期限
游戏数据保存在你的设备上，直到你重置或卸载游戏。游戏与崩溃数据只在上述用途需要的期间内保存，最长不超过 24 个月。
七、你的权利
根据你所在地的法律，你可能有权访问、更正、删除你的个人信息或获取副本，反对或限制我们使用这些信息，以及撤回同意。加州居民还可以要求了解我们收集了什么、要求删除，并退出出售或共享。你行使这些权利不会受到区别对待。如需提出请求，请联系 brandonliang.sz@gmail.com；你也可以向当地的数据保护机构投诉。
如需删除设备上的全部游戏数据，请在「设置 > 重置」中操作。
八、跨境传输
合作方可能在你所在国家或地区以外（包括美国）处理数据。法律有要求时，我们会采用欧盟委员会标准合同条款等保障措施。
九、安全
我们采取合理措施保护信息，但任何方式都无法做到绝对安全。

我们会在这里更新本政策，重要变更会在游戏内告知你。
