Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Peiliang An (安培良) (we, us) for Rotate Charm Rings (the Game). By playing the Game you accept them. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must accept them for you.
1. Your license
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment.
2. Virtual items
Coins, power-ups, pouch tickets, charms, passes and memberships are a license to use content in the Game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and are lost if you reset or delete your game data, unless the law says otherwise.
3. Purchases
- Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are also governed by their terms. Refund requests are handled by them under their policies and the law.
- If you live in the EU or UK: content you buy is delivered right away. By buying it you ask for immediate delivery and accept that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started.
- The Monthly Pass lasts 30 days from purchase and does not renew automatically. On a new device, Restore Purchases brings back the Lifetime Card and any remaining days of a Monthly Pass bought on the App Store.
4. Random rewards
A Lucky Pouch gives one random charm and three random letter beads. The odds are shown in the Game, in the pouch and in the shop, before you open or buy anything.
5. Ads
The Game shows ads, including optional videos that give rewards. Ads may not always be available.
6. Fair play
Do not cheat, hack or modify the Game, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party tools. We may reset data that results from this.
7. Changes to the Game
We may update, change or stop offering the Game or parts of it. Time-limited content is announced in the Game.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Game is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
9. Apple App Store
If you got the Game from the App Store, Apple's Standard EULA also applies. These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game and is not responsible for claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (mainland China). If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

用户协议
本协议是你与Peiliang An (安培良)（下称「我们」）之间关于 Rotate Charm Rings（下称「本游戏」）的约定。开始游戏即表示你接受本协议。如果你在所在地尚未成年，需由父母或监护人代你接受。
一、使用授权
我们授予你个人的、非独占的、不可转让且可撤销的许可，供你为个人非商业娱乐目的使用本游戏。
二、虚拟物品
金币、道具、福袋券、挂件、通行证和会员是游戏内内容的使用许可，不具有现金价值，不能兑换现金或转让；除法律另有规定外，重置或删除游戏数据后将无法找回。
三、购买
- 购买通过 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 完成，同时适用其条款；退款申请由它们按各自政策和法律处理。
- 如果你居住在欧盟或英国：所购内容会立即发放。购买即表示你要求立即发放，并知悉发放开始后将失去撤回权。
- 月卡自购买起 30 天有效，不会自动续费。换设备后，可通过「恢复购买」找回终身卡，以及在 App Store 购买的月卡剩余天数。
四、随机奖励
每个幸运福袋随机给出 1 只挂件和 3 颗字母珠。概率在游戏内（福袋和商店里）公示，你可以在开袋或购买前查看。
五、广告
本游戏会展示广告，包括看完可得奖励的可选视频。广告不一定随时都有。
六、公平游戏
请勿作弊、破解或修改游戏、利用漏洞，或使用未经授权的第三方工具；由此产生的数据我们有权重置。
七、游戏变更
我们可能更新、调整或停止提供本游戏或其中部分内容。限时内容会在游戏内公告。
八、免责与责任限制
本游戏按现状提供。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对间接或附带损失，以及超出我们合理控制范围的事件造成的损失承担责任。本协议不限制你依据强制性消费者保护法律享有的权利。
九、Apple App Store
如果你从 App Store 获取本游戏，同时适用 Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议。本协议由你与我们订立，Apple 不是协议当事方，不负责本游戏的维护和支持，也不对与本游戏有关的索赔负责。Apple 及其子公司是本协议的第三方受益人，有权执行本协议。
十、适用法律
本协议适用中华人民共和国（中国大陆）的法律。如果你是消费者，你所在国家或地区强制性法律给予的保护不受影响。
